What do you mean by that nascar? What is Verplanks game in your opinion? My impression of this course so far is like a linx style course, is that your take? I thought it was a hard course, but Lonard shot a 10 under, one round last year. Let's get some picks together.

and I quote from the Harbour Town website, "the par-71 course is deceptively short by today's standards and requires perfectly positioned shots, arrow-straight accuracy"

if that isnt verplanks game, then i dont know what is! Verplank is short off the tee by todays standards. He was 1st in fairways hit and 3rd in putting at the Masters last week.

he has made the cut the last 5 years, with a 10th and 5th place finish is there as well

22-1 to looks tempting

others to consider...

Love III 16-1

I hate LoveIII, but he flat out owns this course. He has won here 5 times, and finished 2nd last year. The dude can hit it all over the map, but for whatever reason, he scores well here

Chad Campbell 17-1

Played so damn good at Augusta, you gotta take him. Plus Tiger, Phil and Vijay are taking the week off. Only betters Campbells odds to win

Thegreek.com offers top 4 finishes.....i love playing these!!

Verplank 6-1
Love 4-1
Cink 6-1
Campbell 4-1

let me know what you think

Verplank may play well at times, but he never actually wins anything

I like the picks nascar. Good history on all those players for the outrights.
I rarely play them but had 2 last week, one on Campbell other on Mickelson. Talk about stress free!

my rd 2 matchups

J Kaye +.5 vs Els +160
C Campbell +.5 vs Els -120

not looking to fade Els per se but he cant be terribly interested in this tourney after the masters. Kaye is looking for a paycheck and will fire away. Campbell is younger and doesnt have a bad knee.

Hope I get lucky and Els shoots 77 tomorrow.
